Our firm obtained a record $21 million from the Florida Legislature for faulty design and maintenance of a bridge, more than $14 million award to a victim of a pizza deliverer, and more than $6 million to a couple grievously injured by a drunk driver, in addition to other significant cases.

Construction site negligence:

Kutner, Rubinoff & Moss, P.A. has successfully represented clients in some of the most high-profile construction negligence cases in Florida's history, including a $22 million award to a worker who fell from an inadequately secured and braced scaffolding, and a $5.4 million award for a man who lost a leg in a fall in an inadequately protected trench.
