Imprint Genetix was established in Florida in 1994 as a procurement office in order to answer the demand of customers in South America (primarily Brazil) for a better, improved way of obtaining products for research use. Ever since, the company has specialized in consolidation of shipments to Universities, Pharmaceutical Industries and Private Laboratories.

In the late 90's the extraordinary boom of DNA research worldwide has enabled Imprint Genetix to be one of the cutting edge companies to provide top of the line products for specific Molecular Biology applications and procedures, especially the Plants and Animals Genome in Brazil (Xylella Fastidiosa).

Imprint Genetix has become highly specialized in consolidating the orders from different suppliers into one single shipment, thus expediting the importing procedures to Brazil, especially with perishable goods and hazardous materials that are used daily in most laboratories. In cases when certain products are no longer available, the company can find equivalent alternatives for customers, saving them time and grant money.
