VDS Hotel Marketing was conceived by the renowned hotelier Helmut W. Leins in 1999 as a full-service hotel marketing agency specializing in the promotion and guidance of smaller luxury hotels and resorts.  By providing evaluation and direction on all aspects of hotel and resort sales and marketing, VDS Hotel Marketing assists clients in becoming more profitable.  We work closely with owners and management to create more efficient sales operations that result in loyal, repeat customers.   In 2006 our efforts culminated in the successful sale of Hotel Villa Del Sol in Zihuatanejo, Mexico after the resort’s revenue had increased by 55% in a two year period, surpassing any other property in the destination.
