Carlos Seafood, Inc. was founded in 1967 with the sole purpose of providing customers with fine quality seafood products and superior customer service. We are a family owned and operated business and have been since our founding in 1967.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida our business facilities include three state-of-the-art processing plants,a marina and various receiving points. we operate  modern HACCP approved facilities and are approved by USDA, USDC & FDA. In addition, we are approved to export into the European Community,and also supply our U.S. Armed Forces nationwide and overseas.

Spiny lobster being one of our main items, we are South Florida's largest producers and packers of this product, processing anywhere between 1 and 3 million pounds a year. Our products are marketed both nationwide and overseas. We are proud of our world renowned  "Carlos brand" seafood products and hope you enjoy them.
