Ernesto Llerandi and his wife, Isabel Miranda, started Delicias de España in 1997. It was a small place with only two tables and some Spanish products to sell: cookies, olive oil, olives, asparagus, and few bottles of wine. Soon, people noticed Isabel’s homemade cooking, very gratifying on today’s fast paced living, and the restaurant demanded more space.
With a lot of effort, they joined the place next door to the existing one, adding more tables. Then they were able to bring wine to diners, a must on Spanish meals. However, a few years later Delicias needed more space once again. With a bigger store now, the owners decided to import products themselves from Spain, in order to provide a wider variety of items, and to comply with customer demands.| Accommodations (107) |
