Hope Center, established in 1955, is a non-profit, nonsectarian organization providing residential and day training programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Our consumers are from South Florida as well as national and international locales and benefit from a wide range of services including a multi-tiered residential program, survival education, vocational training and community-based employment.  The goal of Hope Center is to provide opportunities to individuals with disabilities so that they may grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially to their fullest potential.  We strive to maximize participation in the community through social activities, community living and employment.

Many of the people we serve are living in their own homes, learning to use a computer and holding competitive jobs.  Hope Center is constantly expanding the services that we offer so personal goals can be realized.

Hope Center collaborates with many agencies throughout the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County.  Through a public relations and fund-raising campaign, it has become well recognized for the quality services we provide.  Our strength in service delivery is expertise in the area of developmental disabilities and an enduring commitment to our consumers.
