Mr. Poindexter, has 23 years of avation experience with almost 20 years as an owner, officer at the executive level dealing with aircraft sales, leasing, finance and charter. He also has extensive hands on experience with over 90 aircraft or larger turbine engine transactions, including raising capital, corporate finance cross border aircraft lease/finance facilities, turbine engine leasing, aircraft remarketing, air charter brokerage, aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance planning, airline operations including aircraft spares acquistions and sales.

John also worked closely with several large and smaller airlines, aviation bankers, investment firms and leasing companies to source aircraft, funding and overhauls. John has also developed long-term relationships and contacts with airlines, governments and corporate aircraft clients in Brazil, Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has provided aviation advisory services and airline consulting, asset manamement, etc. He has assisted with writing business plans, financial projections, sourcing capital markets, private placements along with corporate finance and contract administration.

John also has management experience with FAA Part 121, 129 and Part 135 Air Carriers including FAA Certification. He is also familiar with ICAO rules, international air treaties and with FAA, CAA and JAA regulations. JOhn was also in upper management of two large airline spares comapanies in Atlanta and Miami. It is estmimated that Mr. Poindexter has bought, sold, traded, parted out or arranged leases or funding for more than $150 Million USD in aircraft, inventories and large turbine engines. Mr. Poindexter an active FAA licensed commerical/multi-engine rated pilot who regularly flies Flightstar's company aircraft. Mr. Poindexter is well travelled, has attendend numerous industry trade shows, professional sales/marketing training events, Paris and Farnborogh air shows and aviation conferences. Mr. Poindexter also speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and he maintains long term contact with many clients worldwide keeping "open doors" for repeat business opportunities.
