Hollywood East

Named one of America's top ten nostalgic promenades by USA Today. Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Beaches, Downtown, and Intracoastal Waterways... Hollywood, Florida is easily accessible from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and the city's Port Everglades, just minutes away from the downtown and beach areas.   With over seven miles of beautiful white sand beaches and Florida's only Oceanfront Broadwalk (a 27-foot wide path where no cars come between you and the beach) is the perfect vacation spot for every type of traveler. A family friendly destination in which the hotels, restaurants, attractions, and festivals offer fabulous alternatives for children of all ages.

Tons of culture, many tourists come to South Beach simply to get a taste of the world. It's been called The American Riviera, Hollywood of the East. Some know it as Sobe, or the Art Deco District, but whatever you call it, Miami's South Beach is open year-round. This is excess to the max. What makes South Beach an international playground is the non-stop nightlife in the beautiful Art Deco hotels and night clubs - and of course the wide, sandy shores. From the beach you can see the whole "South Beach Scene" at night - neon lit buildings that have a warm glow taking you back to the 30's.

Take a glance at our diverse hotels, arts and entertainment on Hollywood Beach and at Downtown Riverwalk, diving from Deerfield to Hallandale Beach, a world of golf and more.

The charm of Hollywood Beach’s pedestrian-friendly oceanfront Broadwalk has made it the town’s most popular area to congregate for more than 80 years. Florida’s only beachside pedestrian promenade offers over two miles of auto-free enjoyment in a beachside setting.

On any given day, the ocean breeze cools sunbathers while joggers trot on a crushed-shell jogging path, and bicyclists cruise comfortably on a bike path designed just for them. On warm tropical nights, couples walk hand-in-hand in soft pools of light from the new historically-themed fixtures. In this unique seaside setting, families may savor a wide array of American and ethnic cuisine while listening or dancing to a variety of music offered most nights of the week.
