Historic Havana House

Close to Tallahassee, Fl. along with the North Fl. Art Trail and North Fl. Art & Antique Capital, Historic Havana House Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the Havana Art and Antique District.

Our house was built in 1907 by the town's founding father, who also was elected the first mayor. Through the years it was a duplex, with a center dogtrot hallway. In 1986 we remodeled it, making every effort to retain the original flavor.

A few of the amenities of Historic Havana House that you will find with your room are private bath, original fireplace, central air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The wooden walls are old fashioned tongue and groove pine. Your room is furnished with a mixture of carefully restored pieces. Fresh flowers, in season, are part of the decor.

Wake up to the aroma of freshly baked breads. Breakfast is served in The Common Room, which features a large bay window overlooking the side yard.

In addition, you'll appreciate parking your vehicle in our lighted, paved, off-street parking area. It is only a few feet from our screened-in porch entrance.
